Refund & Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • Images of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items with prior approval.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and components must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.


Sizing & Fit

We recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Returns due to sizing or preference are accepted as part of our return process, provided the item meets eligibility conditions.


Customised Items

Customised or personalised items (e.g. names, numbers, patches) are made specifically for your order.

As a result, these items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee:

  • Up to 15% for unused items
  • Up to 30% for items that have been handled or tried on

This helps cover inspection and processing costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your payment provider to process the refund.
